Where: Face-to-Face (Port Macquarie Only) or Online (Video Connection – Skype/Zoom)

This workshop includes the following:

Pre-workshop diagnostic survey for you to complete to help us understand your business
A half day Workshop facilitated by Jane/Brent and conducted face-to-face with all relevant stakeholders within your organisation.

Within this workshop we will:

Define your organisations goals and objectives
Define your target audience
Conduct a situation & competitor analysis
Review your existing online assets (e.g. Website, Social media channels, customer emails)
Define what makes you different (unique selling point)
Define your key marketing messages
List the recommend marketing tactics and activities to undertake for the following 6 months
Show you how to track and measure your marketing
Development of a 10-page marketing strategy to guide your marketing activity over the next 6 months
